Responsibilities range from owning a strategic vision to driving action through clear hypothesis and breakthrough analysis to drive significant improvements. Partners are to construct approaches to grow the organisation's most important assets and maximize mutual value and success. The incumbent in this role will perform a pivotal role in defining all marketing strategies across internal and external stakeholders and shaping the organisational brand positioning. The selected individual would drive the marketing effectiveness by identifying and addressing both short and long-range issues.   KEY HIGHLIGHTS:  Roles & Responsibilities   - Objectively assess the intrinsic value of our platforms and whether they deliver the value proposition that is valued by our clients.   - Build a story that is representative of our core values, future vision and mission to leverage the most organic source of growth, customer centricity. Apply analytics and hard metrics to build a customer-focused brand strategy.   - Work with functional leaders to develop capability designed to optimize customer interactions at every interaction.   - Collaborate with the Managing Partner and Corporate Strategy to build a unique value proposition through the design of experience that is differentiated and personalize to deliver long-term value to our clients.   - Anticipate and respond to change, execute corporate brand strategy and reprogram the DNA to put customers and people first. Focus on near-term results that build a foundation for long-term growth and development.   - Champion the Group's brand development through defining the benefits and experiences that allow the firm to escape competition - Develop methods and approaches to differentiate our business and brand through superior positioning relative to competitors.   - Develop metrics to understand our relative positioning to peers and other market leaders. Consistently measure the impact of present actions.   - Integrate Brand and Company Structure - Define the roles and relationships of business assets, services and products within the group and consolidate brands to reduce complexity, overlap, and potential costs for all platforms of value creation.   - Product and Pricing Management - Lead product development through listening and identifying user needs and working closely with national functional and branch leadership to break down complexity and barriers to constant innovation to drive top-line growth and value creation. Develop long-term pricing capabilities and capitalise on in-year-revenue opportunities.   - Work with the executive and national leadership team to deliver solutions for strategic and operational improvements to boost under performing assets.   - Go to market strategy - Help the Group build impactful market entry structures that integrate company's operations and the exceptional customer experiences to drive value creation in international markets.   - Drive the digital and social media communication strategy for high customer engagement   PREREQUISITES :  - 12-15 years of relevant work experience of which at least 5 involve a leadership role  - MBA from a well-renowned business school (preferred but not mandatory)  - Self-directed, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to execute tasks in an efficient and timely manner  - Good understanding of consumer behaviour for professional services  - Ability to capture consumer insights into relevant marketing initiatives  - Team leader with excellent interpersonal skills  - Exceptional people skills which encourage empowerment and prudent risk-taking  - Strong leadership skills with effective organisational and planning capabilities  - Ability to drive data-driven decision making  - Work efficiently in a matrix organisation
