Accountabilities :
Responsible for Global production support delivery
- Lead the team to ensure high quality delivery of all support projects and operations
- Drive stability of mission critical applications for technology business which will include driving day to day operations, planning and delivering on stability projects, adhering and driving best in class support practices.
- Collaborate with the global teams and vendors to build a strong partnership
- Bring thought-leadership and new ideas to the table
- Stakeholders Communication /Management: Partner Engagement, participating in key decision making, Management Engagement, External team dependency, Senior Leadership updates, Status Reporting
- Develop skills and enhance the knowledge and capability of the team, provide opportunities for growth and learning, motivate and engage the team.
Desired Profile :
- Good experience in production support operations / delivering application managed services
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills to encourage the team and cultivate an environment for the team to do their best work
- Experience of working in production support environment
- Experience in BFS domain
