Head - Global Finance - KPO/BPO/ITES

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position : Head - Finance

Reporting : CEO

Location : Bangalore

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reports directly to the CEO

- Knowledge of US and India GAAP, IFRS

- Contribute to the strategy formulation of the organization from global financial perspective

- Treasury management, accounting, financial reporting and analysis

- Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations

- Investor management

- Provides leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting, tax and budgeting efforts of the company

- Develops and implements finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures and related information systems

- Ensures compliance with all reporting requirements and tax regulations

- Works closely with the US/UK operations team and suppliers based there

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- 12+ years of work experience in KPO/BPO/ITES

- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, tax and cost control principles

- Ability to produce meaningful, not just technical, analysis of financial data

- Knowledge of accounting, tax, and corporate regulations in India and the United States. Should have managed at least a US Subsidiary accounting

- Demonstrated leadership experience and the desire to work in an exciting high growth environment

- Articulate, well spoken with demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
