About the job: This a senior management position and will be placed at a co-BU Head/CEO minus 2 level, and shall be responsible for leading service delivery, operations, pre-sales & solutions, architecture and account success & growth for the business globally. An ideal candidate would have: - Been leading entire P&L and delivery for the Salesforce business at his/her employer company. Only IT Services background will be considered - At-least a 10-year background in CRM and Salesforce, with an overall experience of 20 - 25 years in the IT Services domain, majorly focused on business transformation for clients - Strong new business development experience across geos like North America, LATAM, UK and EU. Strengths as a bid solutioning leader comes obvious with that - Leadership experience in architecting CRM transformation solutions for enterprise customers - A justifiable mix of experience in line with the aforementioned, across industry verticals such as BFSI, Mfg., Services, Hi-Tech, Consumer, Retail, Telecom and so on - Built the SFDC practice at his employer cos. by managing resourcing and controlling attrition - A demonstrated history of competency development for the people he's been leading/led - A consistent growth track-record w.r.t. developing the CRM/Salesforce practices that s/he has been a part of/led - Very prominent presence in the Salesforce ecosystem, and been great at alliances & partnerships - Absolute openness to relocate to Hyderabad
