Head - General Trade/Sales Strategy & Operations - FMCG

- Managing multiple client accounts from a delivery standpoint falling within GT space, that includes broadly - enabling KPIs achievement, creating tangible efficiencies, and driving growth through organic mining, while all through being the focal contact point to the senior client stakeholders.

Role outline:

- As a - Client Executive-, your role embraces the whole gamut of business operations- nuances for multiple client accounts, falling within General Trade domain space.

- From setting up equitable structures, to working with a cross-section of internal stakeholders through your teams to mobilise resources, to ensuring deployment post training, your onus extends to effective execution, and measurement of the same through rigorous goal-setting, reviews, and identifying opportunities for further efficiencies wherever feasible to be delivered so the clients are delighted.

- The other side of the coin is to engage with important, senior stakeholders on client side on a regular basis, to keep informed of operations- status and negotiate around possible events/opportunities, establish overall the company brand as a trusted, value-driving partner.

- You are expected to front-end clients- cause with the internal teams, and vice versa, as the executive point of contact b/w both sides.

- Leads of specific GT accounts report into you directly, and you will have to work with allied groups to leverage aggregated potential to fullest extent. Your first level reporting will be to the CEO.
