Location: Delhi/NCR Reporting Structure: The position reports to the Managing Director and has the Regional GT Heads reporting into it Roles & Responsibilities: - Provides overall leadership, operational guidance and competency and career development to each member of the General Trade team. - Implementation of Sales strategies to achieve revenue generation, increase of market share and overall business growth PAN India. - Monitor the sales trend, competitor activities and provide necessary support to the team for successful achievement of the Business plan. - Sales Forecasting / Formulating Strategies /Execution in Market Place, Distribution and Inventory Management / Man power Management - Establishing distribution network, developing the sales channel, implementing and initiating Market development activities pan India. Experience: - Around 15 years of relevant experience in General Trade in the FMCG / Personal Care categories. - The individual must have relevant National / multi-regional experience of working in the GT channel
