Area Covered - Pan India ( He will handle Pan India )
1. Should handling baby care stores (where premium brands available like chicco, mama earth, cetaphil, sebamed, etc.)
2. Premium A+ General Trade stores Sales & Marketing Operations
3. To be able to search new fruitful New Distributors/ Dealers in their assigned areas.
4. Responsible for achieving daily demanding Sales Targets, for achieving the width and depth of Distribution, in store Brand visibility and to execute company's policy & strategies.
5. Identifying new streams for growth in sales & developing marketing plans to build consumer preference and drive volumes
6. Utilizing market trends & client feedback to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
7. Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies through competitor analysis to achieve sales targets.
8. Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers and distributors, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share.
9. Appointing dealers, evaluating their performance, and marketing activities.
10. Responsible for budget & timely remittances from the market.
11. Analyzing team/channel partner specific training requirements, development and execution.
Salary Offered : 10-15 LPA
