The incumbent should have handled multiple zones successfully handling large teams/revenues/ability to scale up / excellent distribution experience for a rapidly growing brand in the consumer sector
- Capability to manage and grow new businesses, win key markets, identify emerging markets, develop/manage, and lead a team of dynamic sales professionals spanning multiple regions
- Identify & effectively implement Major and Key initiatives at zonal level in the areas of Market Development, Distribution expansion & Sales Operation
- Responsible for building new and nurturing the existing Channel base. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within assigned area/territory to sell.
- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue through primary & secondary sales.
- Ensure quality of distributor activities and Area Sales managers across the zones
- Develop Sales Strategies and annual business plan. Conduct regular meeting with distributors and sales team to discuss target status, product training, and sales strategy
- Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products through direct reportees
- Responsible for TOP Line & Bottom-line target achievements
- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analysis
- Create/sustain a collaborative & performance-oriented environment while providing development opportunities to members.
Qualification & Experience :
- 15 years of hardcore distribution sales experience in the durables/appliances sector
- MBA from a good institute
- Should have handled multiple regions / large teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
