Head/General Manager - Marketing Communications - Automotive (15-20 yrs)
Position Objective:
The position will be responsible for the development of product propositions, building the brand, and executing marketing communication programs and activities of the Company.
Reports To Manages
EVP - Central Marketing Up to 5 resources
Location: Mumbai Department: Central Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global central marketing communications team for the creation of high impact collaterals including AVs-, set objectives and monitor advertising agency.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines globally, support region verticals in communication activities.
- Set objectives for digital properties. Guide the various agencies for SEO, SCM, Website, Apps etc.
- Responsible for driving corporate internal communications including emailers, newsletters, intranet, employee engagement programs etc.
- Set annual objectives for the PR agency and look for media and e-PR opportunities to increase brand and company image.
- Lead a large, highly motivated team to deliver as per set goals.
- Interact with global leadership teams for communication support as needed.
- Create and manage annual budgets.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: MBA in Marketing is a must
- Experience: 15-20 years- of relevant experience in marketing communication and public relations
- Hands-on expertise on developing PR programs
- Should understand digital B2B and how these can be used to drive reach and acquisitions
- Should have a deep interest in content development
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and ability to influence at all levels in the organization
