- Must have good sales & marketing knowledge of scholastic products like books, stationery, paper, education material, printing etc.
- Should be able to handle entire division independently as Profit center head. Will be responsible for profitability of the unit
- Meeting sales & revenue target sets by management.
- Handling entire sales & marketing, production, new product development, setting us distribution set-up, network channel marketing, collection, inventory, Man power planning, sales promotion and branding activities etc.
- Well versed with marketing activities and schemes.
- Should be able to lead the sales & marketing team.
- Managing production & operation of the plant in co-ordination with plant manager.
