Head - Accounts (General Manager) - CA / ICWA

- Responsible for effective risk free treasury operations & integration with accounting systems.

- Compilation & Audit of quarterly/half yearly & annual Financial Statement of accounts under IGAAP & publication of results.

- Establish effective Internal Control systems, review & updation of checks & balances.

- Compilation of cost sheets & analyze the reasons for variance & suggest corrective actions.

- Sensitization of budgetary control systems & creating awareness among the teams to control costs & maximize revenues & profits.

- Ensure compliances under Companies Act, Direct & Indirect Tax laws, FEMA, Listing Guidelines & various Accounting standards under IGAAP & Cost Accounting Standards etc.,

- Automation of all accounting, Treasury, Budget & Cost accounting functions.

- Preparation of Accounts, Treasury, Tax & cost accounting manual.

- Team Building, Staff training, Motivation & Development.
