Head - Gems & Jewelry Operations (Precious Metals)

Responsibility Areas :

- Manage all trade operations handled out of G&J Ops.

- Be the bridge between business and customer and improve customer satisfaction.

- Lead strategic projects for trade operations.

- Partner with Business and other stakeholders for ensuring delivery of projects/transactions.

- Manage operations risk and control expectations.

- Identify process improvement initiatives and take them to logical closure.

- Building up a talent strategy for a strong and diverse team.

- Ensure that cost strategy are met with various productivity initiatives.

- Ensure all regulatory requirements are met and no controls diluted in transaction processing.

- Maintain a close interaction with all staff to have a healthy working atmosphere.

Technical Knowledge & soft skills :

1 - Working knowledge in Trade Finance

2 - Proficiency in Indian regulations, UCPDC, ISBP, URR & Incoterms.

3 - Good communication skills is a must.

4 - Team management Skills is Must
