- Role -
- Strategy and Vision to define fundraising strategy & growth goals in alignment with the organization's vision and strategic plan.
- Creativity & Innovation for developing a cohesive and integrated plan for strategic markets such as US, Canada, UK.
- Relationship initiation and establishment, 15 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated ability to build partnerships and work with multiple stakeholders and diverse groups required for ecosystem.
- Prior Experience or Network with Corporate, CSR, Foundations, Industry Associations, Institutions, Public Sector Enterprises, Governments.
- Responsible to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of donors, drive institutional funding. Representation and Positioning of the organization in relevant forums, seminars, conferences etc. to spread awareness about the work.
- Usage of new age mediums. Work with relevant teams to maintain media relations and ensure media visibility - effectively leverage technology and social media for the same.
- Business Implementation & Execution of strategies. Responsible for budgets, planning, fundraising using best practices.
- Leader who will be required to grow, coach and develop a winner team.
So if you have -
- Experience, understanding and network across some global markets with strong Indian presence.
- Strong Networking and Relationship building acumen with promoters, HNI and CXO levels in India and outside.
- Network across diverse locations global with Indian community habitat
- Ability to function in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
- Flexibility, adaptability and Innovation, data driven and strong analytical mind
- Minimum 15 years experience of private and social sector OR understanding of business management practices and passion for social sector
- Superb written, oral, and interpersonal skills, eye for detail and great time bound execution abilities
- Passion for international development via grassroots programs, sports and technology.
- Adept at new age changes .
- Compensation will not be a constraint for the right person.
