We at ABC Consultants are looking for Head Fund Raising to be based out of Mumbai for one of our financial services client.

The client wants to look at candidates from NBFCd or Lending companies only.

Job Description :

- Candidate will be responsible for debt fund raising from banks / NBFCs/ FIs/FPIs for the NBFC

- Handling debt fund raising, capital structuring, investor relations, strategic planning, value creation & corporate affairs

- Build and expand relationship with bank/NBFC and corporate treasuries along with FPI/ investors/ AIFs/ rating agencies etc.

- Create & execute a medium term plan for capital market fund raise

- Candidate with 8-10 Years of relevant n treasury of a Fintech/ NBFC/ bank raising debt fund can be looked at. Should be good in relationships.
