Head - Fund Raising & Treasury

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve organizational financial goals.

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, investors, and funding partners.

- Lead and manage the fundraising team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

- Oversee the development and submission of grant proposals and funding applications.

- Manage and optimize treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity management, and investment management.

- Develop and implement financial risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.

- Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management and the board of directors.

- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investment advisors.

- Develop and implement strategies to diversify funding sources and enhance financial sustainability.

- Lead and participate in financial planning and budgeting processes.

- Monitor and analyze financial market trends and economic conditions.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize working capital and improve cash flow.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience (specify desired years of experience, e.g., 10+ years, 12+ years) in fundraising and treasury management, with a significant portion in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment management, and fundraising best practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
