Head - Fulfillment Center

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for the FC.

2. Create staffing plan, coach and mentor the team.

3. Measure and monitor operational efficiencies and create/execute improvement plans.

4. Monitor and review 3PL performance.

5. Review and monitor Transport Operations services.

6. Ensure customer satisfaction with respect to accuracy & on time delivery.

7. Aligning the systems & process of FC as defined by HO.
