Key Responsibilities

- Look from the eye of fraudsters and proactively conceptualize early warning strategies and risk-centric approach for risk mitigation

- Lead collaboration between product, analytics, and business-facing teams

- Lead team in analyzing data from multiple sources to identify discrepancies, spot patterns, and eliminate suspicion

- Designing risk monitoring frameworks for tracking 360-degree view of data

- Interpret data and present actionable insights to key stakeholders

Skills and Experience

- Strong problem-solving skills and product thought process

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems

- Good knowledge of data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, etc

- Basic knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms

- Overall 8+ years of risk management experience with at least 2+ years of experience in team management

- Strongly preferred: Have significant experience with compliance or risk related systems
