Looking for Franchise Head for a Technology-based NBFC dealing in small loans Base: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: The franchise operations head is a unique opportunity to build and scale the franchise operations. The franchise operations will create a first of kind model for financial services that will drive financial inclusion and reach millions of people across the country. This is a highly entrepreneurial role with a potential to create a massive impact at scale and transform the landscape of financial services in India. - Hiring and management of a field sales team - Recruitment of franchise partners through both push (Field sales staff) and pull channels - Day-day monitoring of franchisee performance and intervention as required based on defined KPIs for each franchise owner - Review and management of field sales staff based on defined KPIs - Being the final point of escalation in franchise operations with franchise partners - Interfacing with Davinta partners on day to day operational issues for the effective functioning of the franchise network Key Must Haves : - Experience managing field sales team pan India - Experience working with large network of franchise owners both directly and through a team - Strong relationship management skills - Comfortable driving results through - numbers- He should also help design the Franchise network for better coverage. Performance and incentive plan for franchisees is key too. Should be able to work with corporate marketing and branding team to create unique brand and positioning in the market .
