Head - Franchise Operations - BFS

1. Hiring and management of a field sales team.

2. Recruitment of franchise partners through both push(Field sales staff) and pull channels.

3. Day-day monitoring of franchise performance and intervention as required based on defined KPIs for each franchise owner.

4. Review and management of field sales staff based on defined KPIs.

5. Being the final point of escalation in franchise operations with franchise partners.
