Job Description - This is a team-leading role to steer the entire formulation and development of the organization specifically in injectables for a publicly listed MNC

Client Details :

Our client is one of the pioneers in pharmaceutical development and research in India and has operations in multiple geographies in India and abroad

Description :

- Responsible for leading the F&D initiatives in line with the company's objectives in the segment of injectables

- Accountable for leading a team who will be involved in developing both immediate and modified release doses following QbD principles

- Conduct and lead pre-formulation and formulation activities of in-house new developed products and line extensions

- Responsible for reviewing and providing expertise in executing CMC validation processes that are related to the NDA / IND filing procedures

- Working closely with CFT leaders in executing plans for newer products and entering newer markets

- Utilizing external and internal resources to develop safe, cost efficient, scalable chemical processes and deliver well understood, well characterised, well documented and well controlled, fit for purpose formulations

- Work closely with the ARD for in process research and development

- Develop team members through mentorship, guidance and training

Profile :

- Masters in Pharmaceutics and Pharma Sciences

- PhD and post doc qualification will be preferred

- 10+ years (post doc) experience with proven experience in working on NDDS

- Proven leadership role in their career for 3+ years managing teams

- Specific proven experience in injectables, immediate and modified release doses and parenterals
