1. Overall responsibility for all aspects involved in the delivery of logs to all manufacturing facilities.

2. Develop strategic plans for business unit for basis mid & long term operations.

3. Improving plant efficiency by effectively leading, managing & execution of plans.

4. Relationship building & management with clients, land owners, contractors & all local & national government authorities.

5. Organizing & managing management reports.
