Criteria:
- Looking for Candidates from targeted organisations ONLY. Candidate must have overall 5-7 years of work experience including minimum 2 years of product management eWell versed with experience in Derivatives / F&O domain. Deep understanding of both equity and derivative products is a MUST.
- He should have handled multiple products in this space.
MOST IMPORTANT: Candidate must have proven track record of driving innovation and differentiation leading to growth in market share and revenue growth. Drop candidates who are good at maintaining existing share and business.
- Candidate must have sound experience in developing new Products based on competition tracking and benchmarking and coming up with new ideas based on customer's requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for P&L and market share growth by building and managing Derivatives / F&O products and sales strategies across online (web and mobile ) and offline channels.
- Design / enhance products as per changing customer needs and market trends.
Key Deliverables :
- Review product specifications and requirements, evaluate new product ideas.
- Assess market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors' products.
- Determine product pricing
- Prepare short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses.
