Head - FMCG Operations - eCommerce Startup

Our client is a startup - they are an ex-IIM-McKinsey-founder-led funded startup based in Gurgaon aiming to disrupt the FMCG space by creating a large digital-first brand in India. As they ramp up a product line across FMCG categories and build their own brand, they are looking for a Head of Operations to join the founding team.

Head - Operations role :

- Ideally, we are looking for someone who has 6-8 years of expertise in FMCG operations across production, sourcing and supply chain. Any experience in eCommerce logistics is a bonus!

The individual will be required to :

- Work closely with contract manufacturing partners to set up operations, and scale up our product lines

- Manage day-to-day contract manufacturing product quality and output

- Drive relationships with new sourcing partners

- Setup our E-Commerce logistics including warehousing, packaging and logistics

- Build a high-energy, high-output Ops team that will do anything to make sure our products and experience delight our customers.
