Job Title: Head Fleet Sales
Job Location: Mumbai
Experience: 13-20 Years
1. Responsible for Sales and Profitability of the Division.
2. Overseeing plant operations encompassing material planning & store and utility budgeting and other allied functions for accomplishment of overall business targets and attaining the monthly production requirements by planning, assigning targets and tracking progress against targets by analyzing daily reports.
3. Managing the entire product development including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, designing, prototype development and testing activities.
4. Facilitating new product development initiative with key focus on Quality, Cost & Delivery; developing components in conformance to pre-set technical specifications
5. Review of entire Fleet Graphics Sales including Fleet Graphics, Retail, Railways and Defense.
6. Achieving business targets through Corporate, Retail, and Government Business.
7. Guiding & motivating the all India sales & distribution team to attain revenue targets.
8. Evaluates team performances to achieve projected sales quotas and profit margins.
9. Forecasts and develops annual sales quotas and goals.
10. Prepares budget and monitors expenditures of budgeted funds.
11. Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories for sales personnel.
12. Have leadership and Business acumen including ability to provide direction to the team for work flow and review processes.
13. Monitors costs, competition, and supply and demand to eliminate unprofitable items.
