An Engineer or MBA with 15 to 25 years of experience in Operations related to Logistics operation/Transportation / large sized Fleet Operations / Depot Management / Responsibilities include : - Overseeing P & L, Budgeting, Cost Control, Contract Negotiations, SLA Compliance and other contractual aspects, fleet / transport operations & Administration - Negotiating with various stakeholders such as State transport Undertakings and Bus Operators to finalize process, service terms and conditions - Oversee Environment, Health & Safety, Training, Statutory Compliances, Technology implementation related to Transport Systems, ERP etc - Oversee Depot Management and serviceability of fleet to ensure availability of fleet as per operational needs and requirements - Addressing compliance and grievances related to customers, vendors/ authorities within scope of company and manage liaison with local government and transport authorities so as to ensure smooth road and fleet operations, - Adept at General Administration, People & Performance Management - Results oriented, Analytical, organized, cross functional collaboration, trouble shooting, strong administrative & leadership skills.
