Job Summary:

Our Client is venturing into the Fintech Space and is looking to on board a Fintech Head, who will lead the Fintech Business Operations, Forge Strategic Alliances with Solutions and Service Providers. Looking for a young, dynamic hands-on leader with high-energy who will be able to set up a Payments and Lending business for client. Build a startup team & Product. This Role reports into the Promoter - CEO and will be a part of clients leadership team.

- Forging, Developing and Maintaining relationships with customers, and internal teams.

- Identifying, fostering and maturing new business opportunities.

- Ensure that the venture is operating within regulatory and legal framework.

- Creation and Development of the new team.

- Ensuring initiatives and strategies are implemented in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

- Establishing systems and procedures for controls and evaluation.

- Growth of business, and account management.

- Monitoring and ensuring cost effective use of funds for overheads, incentive payout, marketing strategies.

- Working closely with key stakeholders, which includes the sales, technology & product teams.

Knowledge and Skills:

Engineer + MBA from any of the top tier colleges

- Excellent knowledge of the Indian Financial Services landscape, and deep understanding of Payments / Banking / Financial Services.

- Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities, assess, recognize and reward performance.

- Has an impressive track record in sales, operation and general management from related industry and excellent academic background.

- Come with an impressive track record of work in the Payment & Fintech domain.

- Significant experience in setting up, managing and leading a high performing team.

- Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent business acumen and willingness to work within tight deadlines.

- Experience in managing P&L, setting up a team and building alliances with service & solution providers.
