Head - Financial Strategy/Corporate Finance - BFS (12-19 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and prepare all the strategic plans of the organisation
- Responsible for the definition of structure and execution of strategic initiatives through the development of work plans, gathering and generation of relevant data, driving analyses, and the development of actionable recommendations.
- Shaping the company's overall business strategy.
- Improving strategic, financial and operational decision-making across the company
- Fund management, wealth management, handling funding from Global institutions / private banks & possess strong networking skills, viability study of new investments / due diligence for exploring new investment opportunities.
- Forecasting models, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations
- Managing budget processes, inclusive of periodic forecasting for the business and ensuring complete, accurate, and timely financial reporting, inclusive of balance sheet controls and financial information interpretation and control.
