Head - Financial Shared Services - Healthcare

Finance shared service center is being looked up for setting up Requisition to Pay process with supply chain management, accounts payable and accounting units to start with and later expand as the roles and capabilities of the organization increases.

The Head of Finance Shared Service Center will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of the shared services in Chennai/Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

- Drive growth by assessing opportunities and building capabilities

- Work with US stakeholders and prepare a plan of opportunities

- Define and agree on Service Level Agreement with key stakeholders

- Being a strategic business partner with value for the enterprise

- Establish regular communication with stakeholders to share successes and solicit challenges or concerns.

- Implement and monitor key KPIs and manage performance with P&L Ownership

- Proactively manage and monitor overall SSC performance to drive accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables

- Maintain strong controls ensuring all group policies and statutory requirements are complied with by the team.

- Communicate the relevance and timeliness of the control environment to both downstream and upstream

- Build a culture of continuous improvement by taking up initiatives pan organization

- Ensures appropriate documentation on process flows and standard operating procedures by keeping them current and updated by all staff and stakeholders

- Partner with global business owners to meet existing deliverables and continuously improve processes through simplification, innovation and automation

Desired Profile:

- 15+years- experience in shared service industry with CA/CMA/ MBA Finance qualification

- Currently leading the delivery of a Finance shared service of a medium to large business process services firm

- Demonstrated experience in impacting the quality and success of a finance shared service center

- Experience in leading or supporting teams for global teams / clients

- Experience in global delivery - onsite, onshore & offshore
