- We are looking for Head - Financial shared services for the collections/ Accounts Receivables environment including at least 10+ years manager role.
- This position is required to work in evening shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 A.M.
- Hardcore experience in shared services preferably dealing with US based customers.
1. The role requires prior financial shared services experience, analytical, leadership skills, maturity, besides the ability to manage global customer and business interactions.
2. This is a position which is primarily responsible for managing financial shared services imperatives and targets and will also be looked upon to guide and partially manage the overall provision of Accounts Payable &Receivable.
3. This position originates and leads Finance practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
4. Strong analytical/ MIS skills to be able to understand collection numbers and churn out constructive reports/ analysis and projections
5. Reporting: Tracking assigned project performance and weekly & monthly reporting to the direct Supervisor.
6. Ensuring adherence to processes in the area i.e allocation, follow up, tracking, resolution, delayed cash deposition, identifying & reporting fraudulent practices.
7. Monitoring and reviewing the activities of some processes of financial shared services teams for the achievement of targets of the assigned area.
8. Hiring, training, coaching and developing the collections team for effective collections and recovery.
9. Should have had managers of teams reporting to him/her in the past and should have worked in a Global Captive Center environment.
10. Strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, goal oriented and should possess problem-solving capabilities.
11. Experience using PeopleSoft/Oracle Financials and Salesforce is a strong plus.
12. Flexible and willing to work in US shift Hours, good analytical skills, Excellent communication skills.
