RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

15 - 20 years of relevant work experience

~7-10 years of experience in running Shared Services organization

JOB PURPOSE: Head Shared Services will help plan, develop and manage the shared service function for the Group. These services will ensure that Group can efficiently scale its function to support growth with best practices, quality standards and efficient personnel with continuous improvements to effectively achieve cost savings & drive controllership.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Manage Shared Service operations and perform as per agreed SLAs with business units, Manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the objective of meeting delivery as per the agreed parameters

- Identify risks within operations and put preventive controls to mitigate the risks for surprise free operations

- Proactively identify & implement best practices across People, Process, Policy & Technology to drive efficiency & controls

- Develop budget for Shared Service function, and ensure adherence to the budgets

- Identify & implement new technologies to drive process automation to build system based controls and drive efficiency

- Work closely with Management to identify areas to further expand the scope of Shared Services and replicate the Shared Service model to various functions within the group

- Run and Govern Rewards & Recognition program for Shared Service, Training & development of teams and ensure timely completion of half-yearly and annual PMS

- Encourage and promote a culture of creativity, discipline and people connect. Provide clear leadership and promote and foster a team culture consistent with the organization's values

- Work closely with HR to ensure recruitment of appropriately skilled employees and establishing appropriate remuneration levels and performance based conditions for employee within the organization's framework

- Create an environment that encourages employee motivation & retention, high levels of employee engagement and ensures employee satisfaction. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and undertake continuous improvement projects
