Position Title: Head - Financial reporting and Direct Taxation Reporting to: Financial Controller Key Responsibilities Head Financial reporting and Direct taxation department who has hands on experience and having an intense exposure on Statutory audit, Finalization and consolidation in accordance with Ind AS, ICFR, internal audit, ICDS, merger accounting, Tax Audit, Scrutiny assessment, TDS compliance and working knowledge on SAP Specific Job Responsibilities Include - Leading preparation and finalization of audited financial statement in accordance with Ind AS. Should have hands on experience in preparation of audited financial statement including all notes and disclosures in accordance with Ind As - Leading the closure of monthly PL and balance sheet closure within the stated timelines - Co-ordinating with statutory and internal auditor for closure of financial - Ensuring robust control ICFR - Leading the direct tax team and ensuring 100% statutory compliance - Completion of Tax audit within the stipulated timelines. - Closure of all pending tax assessments. - Extensive knowledge and hands on experience on computation of tax liability in accordance with income tax and Ind AS along with deferred tax computation - Extensive knowledge of Ind AS, ICFR, ICDS, GAAR, MAT provision, DTP, Tax compliance on foreign remittance, implication of direct tax on merger or demerger of undertaking - Comprehensive experience in tax -accounting, tax forecasting, availing tax credits, returns, provisioning and structuring - Ensuring Delivery of quality work and take day to day leadership of delivery team and make sure compliance of all aspects of taxation, - Advisory and Tax Planning by applying the relevant clauses provisions of Direct Taxes under Income Tax Act, 1961 - Coordinating and completing Tax Audit u/s 44AB of Income Tax Act, 1961, uploading of Tax audit Report on relevant site and other related matter Qualification, Skills, Knowledge and Experience - Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years of experience. - Should be a good team player - Expert in using Spreadsheets, Power point - Good verbal, written, analytical and inter-personal skills - Technical awareness and familiarity with SAP
