Responsibilities :

Development of Group financial plan to provide a holistic view of the groups short-term to long-term financial forecast. Interim analysis/assessment of future cash flow scenario of the Group based changes in internal and external environment.

Ensure improvement in the Financial Planning process & systems and implementation of robust internal process to maintain data integrity.

E.R.: Group LT Financial Forecast

Integration and alignment of huge fragmented piece of information e.g operating plans, capex plans, financing plans etc. of various entities within the Group.

Understanding of financial and non-financial key variables for entities.

Interaction with CFOs/Controllers/BAs for entity specific plan inputs.

ER : Financial Analysis and scenario development

Identification of key cost and revenue drivers of the Group and entities. Development of emerging future trends of these drivers to develop potential financial implications to sensitize Sr Management proactively.

Identify key business issues (at corporate level) for in-depth analysis.

Single point contact for Group level business performance analysis for Group Executive Director ( Finance & Corporate)

Competitor performance tracking and benchmarking.

ER: Process/system improvement

Robust, efficient & High quality business planning process and analytics. Implementation of long-term planning software system.

Central co-ordination of long-term planning across the company.

Co-ordinate with business planning and de-central Planning & Analysis teams
