Head - Financial Planning - Internet/Online

- Responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, financial modeling and financial planning.

- Drive the Overall company budget allocation, financial planning and fund management

- Drive the financial planning of the company by continuously analyzing its performance and risks

- Drive the detailed MIS and financial reporting of the company to board and investors

- Work with other business leaders to build the financial strategy and metrics for other cost centers of the company

- Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors

- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis

- Ensure adherence to all financial and statutory compliances according to financial laws and guidelines

- Planning and formulation of entire Budgeting plan by coordinating with different departments

- Forecasting P&L, basis inputs from multiple teams, market dynamics and cost scenario.

- Extensive interactions with key functional leaders across geographies and entities for business and financial understanding

Required Skills-

- Bring out insights that leads to decision making.

- Should be self-starter- could think through and drive agenda.

- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting

- Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance from a premier institute

Someone who has worked with new edge companies or start-ups is an added advantage.
