Monthly Planning Process

- Develop Monthly Forecast for all the businesses.

- Analyze and evaluate Monthly Plan Vs Previous Version, and Full Year Plan

- Track and Monitor New Product sales, Productivity improvements and Capex

- Assist Sales and Marketing personnel to manage their Advertising and Trade Promotion budgets etc.

- Take Corrective Actions on ongoing basis inputs from various stakeholders.

- Monthly Financial Review Total Company Level:

- Monthly Business Review

Key KPIs for India Performance:

Annual, Midyear and Long Range Planning Process:

- Organize and drive the Planning cycle (SP, MY, LRP)

- Detailed Analysis of the plan and submission of various reports as per Stipulated Time Lines

- Coordination with various department on Key Pointers

Product Costing:

- Provide financial support to new business development and product development opportunities

- Prepare, collate and analyze and present costing details

- Facilitate Pricing decisions

- Liaise with R&D, Operations and marketing to derive optimum product cost

- Assist in costing and pricing decisions for new markets/ products to achieve operating margins

Reporting Compliances:

- Presenting financial operations to domestic and international management

- Submit reports on regular basis with analysis to provide data for business decisions

- Assisting for presentations, briefings, Director Meetings etc.

Treasury:

- Evaluate Total limits sanctioned and distribution amongst Banks vs. forecast funds requirements (Cash Flows)

- Negotiate transaction costs with bankers

- Support Business/ Functions in Banking Operations/ Requirements

- Timely Submission of Fx Reports, Reconciliation with US Books

- Explore alternate financing structure to reduce cost of funds and documentation

Candidate Profile:

- Candidate should be a CA (1st Attempt), pass out years - 1999 to 2002.

- Candidate should have rich experience in Financial Planning with a reputed Manufacturing organisation.
