Position: Senior Grade (FP&A)/Head FP&A Financial Planning and Analysis - FMCG/FMCD/Consumer Durables

Location: Mumbai

Qualification - CA 1st/2nd Attempt or MBA from Tier 1

Role:

Heading Financial Planning and Analysis

Business financial Planning, forecasting

- Preparation & Presentation of Monthly P&L report (MIS) at Product level and company level as well

- Responsible for managing the planning & forecasting processes, which includes preparation of detailed P&L, Cash flow, Balance sheet and presentation of forecast results

- P&L analysis reports (Key financial information Ratio and analysis to the top management for financial decision-making).

- Prepare Budgets and Forecasts

- Prepare competitor analysis, market trends

- Partnering closely with cross-functional teams

- Cost analysis & Cost calculation

- Preparation and Presentation of Division wise financial analysis (PPT) for each Division for Monthly/Quarterly divisional meeting.

- Perform capital budgeting for investments

- Provide Variance analysis report of actuals against annual budget plan to the Management.

- Budgetary and Variance analysis for Cost, sales, collection target and GLs
