Looking for Head Financial Planning & Analysis With leading NBFC based in Delhi

Exp - Preferably 10+ years

Education - MBA/CA

Skill :

- Strong Understanding of NBFC/HFC sector

- Should know VBA

- Should have ability to work with large volumes of data across systems and excel sheets

- Strong expertise on FP&A is mandatory, especially in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, P&L analysis etc

- Excellent finance and accounting skills

- Excellent soft skills - the person will be required to work closely with senior leadership hence presentation / communication skills need to be top notch

- Sound understanding of Accounting and Financial Mathematics

- Proficiency in MS Office

- A history of building teams and managing performance - The ability to assess, recruit, develop and retain talent is critical. This individual should be able to utilize the strengths of key players, hold people accountable for agreed-to results, promote teamwork across organizational boundaries, break down functional silos to optimize business results, and encourage overall performance

- Interpersonal acumen - The successful candidate will possess unquestionable personal and professional ethics and a sense of flexibility and initiative that are essential to the success of this role

JD :

- The person will lead the FP&A team.

- He/she should offer excellent quantitative analysis, qualitative business judgement

- He/she should be strong in building relationships with key decision makers and peers across the business unit.

- This individual will demonstrate well-reasoned insights on financial and strategic issues/decisions. Exhibit the intellect and sound business judgment to make decisions in the best interest of the Company and the business.

- He/she will partner effectively with a senior management team. This individual will convey a strong sense of executive presence both within and outside his/ her organization. The person must be persuasive, exhibiting an ability to communicate with passion, energy and excitement for the business.

Candidates must :

- Demonstrate a bias for results and persistently pursue the objectives,

- Be a Strategic and analytical thinker with ability to focus on details, synthesize broad amount of information into actionable information for executives.

- Have the ability and the willingness to dive deep and understand the root cause of issues.

- Once issues have been identified, the person must communicate recommendations to senior leadership, exhibiting good judgment and decision-making capability.

- Once a decision is made, possess the ability to execute for desired results
