Head - Financial Planning & Analysis - Manufacturing Firm

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global FP&A Leader to spearhead the financial planning and analysis stream, for our ambitious battery cell manufacturing and R&D project.

- This position will play a pivotal role in partnering with business operations during the industrialization period, overseeing the establishment of factories and R&D labs across India and the UK, and managing financial planning and variance analysis for commercial operations.

- Strategic Financial Planning, Industrialization Partnership, Set up of Factories and R&D Labs, Global Coordination and Risk Management, Stakeholder Communication.

- CA / CMA with 15+ years of experience; MBA or advanced degree would be an advantage.

- Proven experience in leading FP&A for large-scale industrial projects, preferably in the manufacturing and R&D sectors

- Strong financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting skills.

- Experience in coordinating financial activities across multiple countries.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of the battery manufacturing industry is a plus.
