Head - Financial Planning & Analysis - IT (16-20 yrs)
A leading Fin Tech IT product company looking for Head- FP&A in Chennai.
Exp : 16 to 20 yrs
Qualification: CA or MBA
Location : Chennai
Reports to CFO
CTC : 35 to 40lpa
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH TELECOM INDUSTRIES OR SOMEONE WITH NON ONLINE FIN TECH COMPANIES ONLY.
MUST HAVE:: pricing (at the time of contract renewal), resource management planning (pyramid costing), must have made presentations on rolling forecasts and sales forecasting.
Job Description :
- Establish FP&A as a strong team that helps the company meet its commitments
- Business partnering the Sales teams in developing strong and rigorous pipeline.
- New business and uplift reporting through maximizing use of salesforce
- Detailed understanding of budgeting, forecasting and planning
- Creation of KPI board packs, delivering strong financial analysis to challenge performance and drive growth and profitability
- Producing planning packs to present to the board.
- Manage team members to meet time-sensitive project and analysis deadlines
- Mange team handling daily, weekly and monthly FP&A reporting efforts
