Head - Financial Planning & Analysis/Investor Relations - BFSI

Reporting directly to the CFO, the role would be responsible for:

- Heading the Investor Relations & FP&A function by taking charge of investor reporting, B/S analysis, budgeting, MIS reporting, presentation decks, key stakeholder management for existing & potential investors etc along with the CFO

- IPO management & allied norms for getting the company listed

- Ad-hoc projects as an integral part of the CFO's office

- Managing a lean finance team

The ideal candidate would be:

- A CA/MBA with 6-10 years of work experience

- Prior Finance function experience in Banks/NBFCs/Insurance Companies or other Large Conglomerates only

- Preferred to have a prior IPO management experience

- Willing to relocate to Chennai
