Sr. Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG/FMCD/Consumer Appliances/Manufacturing The Sr. Manager FP&A performs a wide range of duties that may include, but are not limited to: - Responsible for key financial processes, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and financial planning and reporting. - Work closely with the leadership team to formulate short- to long-term financial and strategic plans. - Analyze financial and operational results to better understand the company's overall financial health. - Evaluate previous budgets and collaborate with business unit leaders to build their annual budgets and forecasts. - Planning and formulation of Budgeting plan by coordinating with different cross-functional teams. - Produce models to project long-term growth, accounting for factors that will impact performance. - Provide financial analysis and commentary to key stakeholders including Management Team. - Communicate results and recommendations to senior management that will lead to revenue generation, cost reduction, and more efficient operations.
