Head - Financial Planning & Analysis - eCommerce (3-7 yrs)
Mission critical role that will encompass and oversee all Financial Planning & Analysis of large commercial operations as well as bi-weekly to a monthly settling of accounts. The business involves large financial and commercial transactions that feed into central channels of offline commerce and retail and include costs and financial planning related to warehousing, logistics, cash settlement and other personnel-related costs all adjusted within tight margins of fast-growing business that is organized locally.
Ideal Candidate will have:
- 3-6 years of extensive accounting experience preferably managing cost controls of large commercial entities. Preference is given to folks who have done accounting in the FMCG/FMCG/Logistics space.
-Managed Cross-functional projects that include procurement, logisitics and final credit/cash collections including deep exposure to CCC, DIO, DSO, DPO including CB&A of fixed versus variable costs.
Key Responsibilities will include
- Adjudicating over all major company investment including but not limited to logistics, procurement, category management, revenue realization, personnel costs.
- Planning for growth with a heavy reliance on the company own Operating Cash Flows
- Understand the fundamental levers of the business and then continuously improve upon key company indicators that are both internal and external to our standing including NPS, TAT, Unit Economics, Retention and Growth Rate.
The role is central to a fast-growing e-commerce company that will fundamentally reshape retail in India. Substantial equity is also available.
