Experience &amp; Qualification: - CA or MBA Finance from a premier institute with 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in Captive industry is a must. - Finance experience in driving strategic priorities in large complex organizations Job Summary: - Act as the primary expert and interface into Finance and providing insight, challenge and strategic support to the Global Operations Teams supporting the Functions Teams of Finance, People, Product, Customer, Channel, Property &amp; Technology. - Help drive the business forward by leveraging financial and commercial expertise and understanding. - Being a business advocate by focusing beyond finance boundary, looking forward with a view to challenge and influences decisions. Strategic partner by creating and driving value opportunities to the trustee management team. Responsibilities: - Accountable for providing relevant insight into business performance to TBS Leadership team - Working with the Functional Operations Leadership team to set the strategy for the function - Responsible for forecasting and managing the budgets effectively. - Act as a catalyst in driving forward finance transformation initiatives critical to delivering the TBS strategy. - Constructively challenge and recommend changes to the business underpinned by sound financial expertise. - Identifies and pro-actively highlights risks and works to mitigate issues. - Leads performance review meetings for their category with Operations / Process owners - Facilitates knowledge management- sharing best practice both within finance and with the business. - Adhere to and operates within the internal control guidelines to safeguard companies interests. - Champions cost conscious culture. - Works across regions - India - CE - Asia to drive cost optimization across operational teams - Identifies finance top talent and contributes to resource planning within the Finance organization. - Inspires great performance from Business Partners through excellent people management.
