Job Description - FP&A head role with a leading Oil & Gas multinational (Gurgaon)

Client Details

Our client is a leading multinational with more than 100 years of history of operations with a global presence. A listed firm, our client is one of the most well known players in the Oil & Gas space.

Description

Reporting in to the country CFO, the financial planning & analysis head for the firm in India, you shall be responsible for:-

- Take care of the end to end financial planning & analysis function for the firm. This would involve taking care of their entire planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis & annual operating plans for the firm at various pre-defined periods


- Partner with different functions / business stakeholders to solve various operational / strategic level challenges faced by the firm


- Provide analysis to relevant stakeholders to operational challenges like risk, credit control, FX, LoCs, BGs, cash flows etc.


- Identify and evaluate opportunities for the firm to grow in terms of pricing, new product / service lines & geographies, potential acquisitions etc

Profile

You will be a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of post qualification experience, most of which shall be coming from multinationals / process driven firms the latter part of which will be as the owner of the FP&A function. You will have a strong result backed track record in not only handling the entire FP&A function but as a business partner to enable both the top line & the bottom line of the firm to grow.
