Head FP&A

- Establish and drive AOP/ Scenario building /Forecasting process in the Organization.

- Provide and gather accurate operational information to deliver target and latest forecast processes.

- Drive business KPIs, market share analysis, Sources of Growth and Capacity planning.

- Lead the Monthly / Quarterly (Plan Vs Actual) review process and drive actionable.

- Drive data driven decision Process including Segment-wise business KPIs.

- Continuously improve and streamline existing management reporting processes through automated tools and establish organized and structured reporting system.

- Provide senior management relevant business analysis to support ad-hoc requests, and ensure timely and accurate information gathering.

- Work on Cost analysis and Unit economics of the products, with Product profitability analysis.

- Identify improvement opportunities thru inward and out ward benchmarking/ comparison.
