Head - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFS

- Incumbent will play a crucial role in developing and implementing financial strategies, forecasting , financial performance, and providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Develop, implement, and monitor the company's overall strategic planning process.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term goals and objectives.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Evaluate industry

trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

- Ensure alignment of business strategies with financial goals.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making and optimize financial outcomes.

- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow, and communicate results to senior management.

- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely Management Information reports.

- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

- Provide insights and analysis on financial performance to support decision-making through interactive dashboards and key performance indicators (KPI) tracker.
