Head - Financial Planning & Analysis

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial policies.

- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, including variance analysis, financial trends, trend analysis etc.

- Create financial models to assess the viability and impact of strategic initiatives

- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to improve financial performance and support decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

- Monitor industry trends, emerging markets and technologies to inform strategic decisions.
