Position Title- Head Controller Location: Mumbai Experience; 10-18 Years Reporting to: CFO Team Size: 4 Only CA( 1st,2nd attempt) Responsibilities & Main tasks : - Business Partnering with SBU heads - budgeting, forecasting, costing, variance analysis, profitability analysis, driving cost saving projects, working capital management. - Driving major business projects and facilitating other business review topics - Ensure compliance to corporate standards and process - Work with senior management on new product introduction strategies - Integrity of financial data; monthly, quarterly and yearly results - Communicate, discuss and challenge financial impacts with business heads/managers - Validation of incentives for sales employee as well as channel partners - Make recommendations on improvements with regards to financial KPIs and cross SBU projects/topics - Work with regional management team & other countries on regional projects/initiatives - Support in implementation of best practice with high focus on standardisation/digitalisation - Creative positive environment with team members and also cross department teams for effective collaboration. People management : - The incumbent should possess managerial skills to lead & guide his team. Also he should be able to develop their skills to help them prepare for the next role. Technological/market know-how - Sound technical skills pertaining to finance, accounting, cost /cost controls, taxation, compliance, secretarial etc. Business acumen : - General knowledge of commercial law, Information technology and good analytical skills. Project management : - FC coordinates, internal audit, all projects in each function, external audits, compliance and business partnering for the entity, He also plays a key role in driving profitable results Personal skills : - The incumbent should possess interpersonal skills to interact and manage the relationship with other functions and the Region / HQ. Miscellaneous (IT / languages) : - Should have worked in SAP. - Fluent in English with good presentation & communication skills. - Leadership experience is must
