Head - Financial Application - Digital Transformation - Finance Function

This is a strategic role to drive the strategy and execution of these Financial Applications and drive the strategy and execution of it in partnership with key customers.

This person will have to work closely with customers to understand the long term needs and deliver the projects working the delivery and functional team.

Key Skills & Requirement - 

- Exposure to managing and driving Projects related to Digital Transformation in Finance function.

- Strong Understanding of P&L, Balance sheets, MIS, Cost Allocation, Monitoring, reporting, M&A and Financial consolidation in varied environments.

- Ability to Influence & Consult stakeholders and have C-Level Presence.

- Can work with cross functional and matrix structured environment to drive the projects

- Preference to someone with Manufacturing exposure or someone from Consulting background is added advantage

- Experience in building and delivering financial applications helping transform companies finance function and operations. At-least 2 large project exposure.

Role:

- Responsible for outlining strategy, devise the plan to drive projects related to Digital transformation of financial applications.

- Owning the complete product lifecycle and act as product owners for financial applications for large clients.

- Devising product strategy, roadmap and execution of delivery of these products to ensure business objectives are attained.

- Leading a team of 15+ delivery, Business Analyst, project team members working for multiple clients across the region.

- Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions and/or solutions that deliver business value quickly and provide a pathway to platform implementation.

- Drive decisions and provide consultation around digital transformation, the customer digital journey, functional design and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

- Deliver step change in business performance by applying analytic techniques that augment/transform operational business processes, using leading IT/OT technology frameworks.

- Expected to provide technical & administrative leadership to the team and also status reporting of deliverables to leadership.

- Assess Analyze and represent the ROI of this transformation in all the forums.

Education Background:

Strong educational background from Tier 1 / 2 institutes. Advanced / Master degree in Finance ( CA, CFA, MBA Finance) Educational exposure to Project management and IT will be an added advantage.
