Part of the Global CFO's office, the Head of Finance Transformation will focus on the following areas : - Drive Finance Transformation through Advanced Analytics, RPA and Intelligent Automation - Strategic initiatives aimed at improving Finance - Global Transformation Programs in finance functions across BUs - Complete transformation of the F&amp;A process - To align Finance with the overall company strategy in order to become more efficient and provide better service to their internal and external customers. - Partner with Digital and Analytics verticals to co-create industrialized solutions aimed at finance function - Support organization growth (RFPs) by designing transformation roadmap to achieve economy of scale - Adoption of Analytics, newer technologies in to the Finance function Desired Qualifications : - 8- 12 yrs of exp in Advance Analytics - Should have built Analytical solutions for corporate finance function - should have done Analytics for CFO organization - Exp in driving Transformation programs for the finance function - Hands on Exp in Analytical modelling techniques - Good with Analytics tools like SAS/R/Python - Financial Planning and Analysis - P&amp;L modelling - Financial Modelling - Should have managed teams
