- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills; strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis (MIS & Budgeting)
- Planning & analysing company performances, conducting benchmarking study/trend analysis and using various business tools to assist the critical decision making process.
- Formulating annual budgets, conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions. Preparing MIS reports, cash & fund flow statement and other financial reports to keep a track of financial performance
- Preparation of Annual Operating Plans and preparing & monitoring variance reports on monthly basis.
- Implementing systems/procedures, preparing key reports to exercise financial control and enhancing overall efficiency of the organization.
- Financial Accounting
- Monitoring preparation of statutory books of accounts, bank reconciliation and consolidated reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms
- Overseeing financial statements including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/C, Age-Wise Accounts Payables & Receivables Statements and Balance Sheets including international subsidiaries.
- Analyzing various financials including balance sheet, income statement and statement of changes in net assets, shareholder's interest, financial highlights and notes to financial statements.
- Review and ensure P2P and R2R functions.
- Cash Flow and Capital Employed Management
- Preparing and analyzing daily Collections vis a vis payments
- Forecasting and planning of Cash flow and collections
- Analyzing and monitoring AR Days, Receivable Management & Customer handling
- Planning of Capital employed and charge over debtors and Creditors
- Internal Controls & Taxation
- Attending to internal / statutory audits; evaluating internal control systems with a view to highlight shortcomings & implementing recommendations made by internal auditors; formulating statutory audit reports in accordance with statutory regulations
- Computing & arranging for timely deposit of taxes filing of returns for completion of assessment and ensuring statutory compliance
- Continuous review of processes, policies and manuals with the objective of reengineering and improving the service delivery timeframes.
